The Foltz laboratory is broadly interested in improving natural killer (NK) cell therapy for cancer. We are located at Washington University School of Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Division of Oncology, Section of Computational Biology in Saint Louis, Missouri. We are focused on understanding how NK cells are impacted by cancer, and how we can better arm NK cells to eliminate cancer and improve clinical responses. To do so, we employ single-cell sequencing approaches with wet-lab studies and consist of an interdisciplinary team of bioinformaticians, immunologists, and experimentalists.
